The Certified IT Operator (CITO®) is the first level in the EPI IT Training Framework©. This 2-day course teaches the competencies required for IT professionals working at the operations level in IT. Also known as the IT Engineer’s Course, CITO® students will become more productive by gaining knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructures.
The Certified IT Manager (CITM®) is the second course in the EPI IT Training Framework©. Also known as the IT Specialist Course, CITM is a 3-day course which teaches competencies required for senior professional, team-leader, supervisor or management IT level specialists.
