This course is the starting point for anyone with an interest in data centers. The Data Center Foundation Certificate (DCFC®) is a 2-day course which delivers foundational knowledge about data center facilities and infrastructure. After taking DCFC® you will have a global overview and fundamental knowledge of data centers.
The Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP®) is a 2-day course designed to expose participants to key components of the data center. The primary audience for the CDCP® course is IT, Facilities or Data Center Operations professional working in and around the data center as well as graduates of the DCFC® course.
The Certified Data Center Specialist (CDCS®) is a 3-day advance level for training data center design/build professionals. This course covers engineering calculations on various components in a data center facility. CDCS® increases competence in order to understand and verify offers provided by vendors for correctness, effectiveness and efficiency.
The Certified Data Center Expert Course (CDCE®) is the premier certification for data center professionals in the data center design/build and related fields. This 5-day course is designed to prepare participants to analyze a given business case and perform technical evaluation of a project plan and a set of designs for the implementation of a mission critical data center.
The Certified Network Cabling Design Professional (CNCDP®)
is a 2-day course designed to expose participants to in-depth knowledge in designing and installing the data network cabling system which includes key subject matters such as; technical standards, designing of different cabling sub-systems, calculation of material requirements, architecture, installation, testing and acceptance.
The Certified Data Center Facilities Operations Specialist (CDFOS®) course is a three-day course which will enable participants to fully understand the requirements of running the day-to-day operations of a mission critical data center.
The Certified Data Center Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM®) course is a three-day course which will enable data center managers to gain in-depth knowledge of managing data center operations from planning to monitoring and reporting.
The Certified Data Center Risk Professional (CDRP®) is a 2-day course is designed to expose attendants to the overall risk management process.
The Certified Data Center Migration Specialist (CDMS®) is a 2-day course is designed to expose participants to a step-by-step methodology which will enable you to reduce the risks involved when undertaking a data center migration.
Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP®) is a 2-day course designed to expose participants to key components of the data center. This (or other approved courses) is prerequisite to EPI-USA’s Standards & Compliance courses. Contact EPI-USA to check on approved courses.
The Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant Course (CTDC®) is a three day course in which participants learn how to design an ANSI/TIA-942 compliant data center. A clear understanding of the requirements of the ANSI/TIA-942 Standard and possible implementation variations will be included.
The Certified TIA-942 Internal Auditor (CTIA®) course is a 2-day intensive which builds on the technical understanding of the standard acquired in the CTDC® (Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant) course. It enables participants to develop skills and knowledge to conduct an internal audit program by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques which are aligned with the ISO-19011 auditing guideline.
The Certified TIA-942 External Auditor (CTEA®) course is currently under development but is being designed to provide the knowledge and skills to become an external auditor who is able to independently conduct ANSI/TIA-942 conformity audits.
The Certified IT Operator (CITO®) is the first level in the EPI IT Training Framework©. This 2-day course teaches the competencies required for IT professionals working at the operations level in IT. Also known as the IT Engineer’s Course, CITO® students will become more productive by gaining knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructures.
The Certified IT Manager (CITM®) is the second course in the EPI IT Training Framework©. Also known as the IT Specialist Course, CITM is a 3-day course which teaches competencies required for senior professional, team-leader, supervisor or management IT level specialists.
